Selection of Asian seafood recipes

I usually use allrecipes.com, but am looking for something new I am an intermediate cook and like making seafood, asian and italian food.

Also, seafood is the only meat I prepare and eat. Thanks for your answers! I am planning to serve a few kinds of sushi rolls (California, spicy tuna, Philidelphia) but am open to new recipes, veggie & shrimp tempura, fresh spring rolls (if I can get the rolling part down!), Asian snack mixes and/or spiced nuts & wasabi peas, and a crudite platter. I would like a couple more ideas to play with as this seems too simple, plus, I need a back-up plan in case the sushi and spring rolls are a disaster! I need to specify that I need meatless recipes, unless it's sea food. I also need something sweet as well. Please help! The party is Saturday!

Things that wont be eaten: - not any kind of seafood - no leafy green vegetables - no asian vegetables - no mushrooms - no fresh tomatoes (canned is okay) - no baby corn - no pork - no other meats (duck, lamb..etc) - no creamy sauces - no noodles - no zuccinni - only chicken that will be eaten is the breasts - only beef that will be eaten is mince and cuts with no fat or gristle I'm looking for recipes that are healthy and tasty and I'm having alot of trouble coming up with new ideas, please someone help. Can anyone help? I should clarify that I'm looking for clam boullion CUBES. I cannot find it in any grocery store, not even the Asian and Mexican grocery stores around here nor any seller on the web. The cioppino recipe I have from Scott's Seafood (www.scottsseafood.com) calls for clam boullion.

Preferably under an hour to make, and full recipe included would be great, we were thinking something either Asian or seafood, but other ideas are appreciated.

I've tried to locate wonton wrappers at my nearest grocery store (Safeway), but haven't found them. Or do I need to go to a specialty foods store or an asian market? There are about 20 of us in the class, so the recipe has to accommodate that many people to be able to get seconds. I'd prefer if the recipe is simple and the ingredients won’t cost much. And, yes, I could just take some ice cream or boiled shrimp, but those are just too easy. I'm leaning toward an Asian dish, but any idea is helpful.
