Resolved Question: Cooked lobster as an ingredient?

I was given a freshly cooked lobster - chilled - and would like recipes for using the meat that don't require lots of butter or cream. I don't really want to re-heat it either, so a cold dish would be preferred. I am serving it this evening. (GMT-4). Menu and wine suggestions appreciated. The recipes and suggestions given were great! I agree that the big challenge is to not over-power the lobster. Nice that you gave credit to your source, Sugar Pie. Thanks for the dessert suggestion, TX2step, that was a great finish! Sorry, H-Man, but we opted for Coors Light to wash it down. KT suggested the addition of seeds, so I added pumpkin seeds for a bit of crunch. And serialmoom12, your suggestion was just so simple. While I did not use macaroni, I did opt to serve the lobster as part of an anitpasto tray. Again, thanks to all for your suggestions Great website, Patrick B.
