I want to cook tonight, because im sick and tired of all the other crap were eating. Yesterday my stepdad made us fried shrimp and french fries, all greasy and stuff. weve been eating sutff like that since before 2 months ago for some reason. i dont like it, neither does my mom, but he keeps cooking it..... anyways, i want to make something more healthy-ish, and just plian better tasting. i have a recipe for rueben casserole, which ive already done once before as a home ec assaignment but that was like a year ago. i want to do it again. im thinking of doing the casserole with a salad, and grilled apples, well not grilled, just put in syrup on a frieing pan until it moistens and gets hot. id clean the kitchen up entirely. how do i convince her to let me cook? oh and to drive me to publix to get some mashed potatoes, apples and swiss cheese?

I do eat though, enough too. I just eat all natural and no complex recipes either. I only eat meats in their simple forms (no fancy sauces or whatever), fish, fruits, whole wheat rolls with no preservatives, cheese, veggies, milk, water and green tea. Today my step dad told me I need to be careful because he didn't want me to go anorexic and get hospitalized. That was a bit extreme, I'm not even doing this to lose weight, just to get healthy. Today I ate: Breakfast: Egg, Kiwi, Glass of Green Tea. Lunch: Tuna mixed with mustard, hot sauce and jalepenos. Dinner: Whole wheat roll w/ pepper jack cheese + glass of milk. Snacks: Raisins, Shrimps w/ Hot Sauce, Plain Whole Wheat Roll, Half of a Personal Watermelon. So obviously I am eating enough in a day:p How do I get him to back off? I ate almost every meal in front of them, but I would refuse things they offered me like gelatos, candy or anything un natural. Oh and how do I get them to stop offering me crap like junk food, they ask me multiple times a day if I want some and they know well that I am doing this and have been trying to since beginning of summer.

... and NO it's not Dinni's Select I had purchased it online and tried it and it's nothing like Bonefish and now I'm stuck with three bottles of this crap because they won't refund my money. I should've been suspect of any company that forces you to purchase a minimum of three bottles. I know it says Dinni's Select EVERYWHERE on the web but that is only because they have infiltrated every thread, search engine and discussion board on this subject. I swear they must have a full-time employee that does nothing but search the web looking for this topic just to plug their expensive horrible knock-off.

I am having my future sister-in-law a baby shower this Saturday, (she's having a girl) and I need some more recipes, I would prefer it to not be something sweet.
